| Project Topic | Cognitive care is largely dependent on traditional methods, only feasible in the presence of a health professional. These are centered in institutions, lacking technological tools and away from patients’ and families’ comfort zones. COGNIVITRA will integrate components for supporting cognitive and physical exercises – dual-task training – (web-based platform and movement sensors), which will facilitate the interface and communication between patients and care providers. |
