Aim of the joint call | This call for proposals invites Japan and Europe-based researchers to develop new solutions to improve the sustainability of urban environments. As articulated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by 2030, achieving a climate-neutral society entails reducing the adverse per capita environmental impact of cities, including by making improvements to air and water quality and waste management practices. | ||||||
