| Project Topic | We aim to advance the development of LiPlaCis in the treatment of advanced or refractory breast cancer (ABC/RBC) by using an advanced Drug Response Predictor (DRP) analysis, based on genomic information, as a Companion Diagnostic (CDx). The highly selected patient group containing LiPlaCis-sensitive patients will be randomised in a multi-center clinical phase II study exploring the efficacy, safety and tolerability of LiPlaCis compared to treatment of physician’s choice. |
