Project Topic The aim is to develop a routine-capable, multi-parameter measuring system for home use that will determine quality of food based on the content of oxidative and reductive components and also to feed a survey of measured salivary oxidative stress values to a monitor. In addition it´s possible to draw correlations between the metabolic state and nutritional behaviour to generate appropriate individualized recommendations in terms of biofeedback via a mobile phone or tablet app to be implemented.
