Project: A workflow-based examination system for the complete micro-CT evaluation process.
The main goal of the project is to develop a system that is capable of handling the complete workflow of micro-CT examinations, from measurement and reconstruction to a full interactive or printed report with image analysis results, statistical analysis and advanced imaging. Each step of the workflow needs to be able to handle very large data sets of up to 100 GB in an efficient way. The software product delivered is a unique full workflow system for owners of micro-CT systems.
