Project: Compact 11C Radiopharmaceutical Production System
The objective of the project is the development of a complete, compact and portable system for the production of 11C PET radiotracers. It will be formed by a tabletop laser accelerator for the production of isotopes and an automated, miniaturized clean room for radiotracer production. The system will be able to deliver 11C PET radiopharmaceutical monodosis on demand at virtually any place, including Emergency Room, Operating Room and even ambulatory assistence.
