Project: Industrial Fourier Scatterometer

We will build an instrument (InFoScat) for in-line characterization of micro/nano-textured surfaces and emissive displays. By using unique Fourier lens optics we will unlock the potential of scattered light characterization in production environment to give direct feedback to manufacturing processes like injection molding, tool making and fabrication of emissive displays. Validated hardware and software will be developed in the InFoScat project by exploiting the competences of all partners.
