GALENE aims to design and develop software tools & components for Internet-Enabled TV (IE-TV) application development companies and service providers enabling the migration and extension of IE-TV applications with web-based real-time communication features. Particularly, the GALENE solution is expected to further strengthen the position of SME application development companies and service providers in the IE-TV multimedia real-time applications market that is currently dominated by big players.
