| Project Topic | The project aims at the development of 16Mbit rad-hard SRAM for space applications. The component will be a MCM (Multi Chip Module) in a proprietary ceramic hybrid package able to host four 4Mbit dies and 1 ECC memory controller for soft error mitigation. The component will be entirely developed by European companies following the Radiation Hardening By Design (RHBD) approach with a standard 130nm CMOS process from IHP and overriding US ITAR restrictions typical of competitor in such field. |
