| Project Topic | We will develop an Organ-on-a-Chip hepatotoxicity-screening platform for toxicological evaluation of small molecules (Annex A). This innovative, high throughput 3D liver model combines hepatocyte organoids using Biopredic’s unlimited source of HepaRG, primary hepatocytes, Kupffer cells and stellate cells (immune-involving cells) (Annex B), and MIMETAS OrganoPlates™ (Annex C). The HepaPlate™ will be validated for a compound library with known hepatotoxicity profiles. |
