| Project Topic | Aim of this project is the development of high power, ITAR-free and highly integrated RF micro-modules based on GaN technology, to serve the new market of SSPA aboard Satellites and at ground stations. We will make these micro-modules available on the market as elementary building-blocks. They will eliminate the very tricky and expensive job to assemble the power line-up of a SSPA. As outputs of the project we will deliver two units fully tested for each frequency band ( L, C and X band ). |
