| Project Topic | We aim to create an exceptional laser and microscopy tool tailored for the needs of the brain imaging community. LC delivers a novel wavelength-tunable femtosecond light source. IPHT will deliver a two photon structured spotlight-illumination (2P-SIM) super-resolution microscopy setup. LVBT delivers a novel modular scan head as well as integrate the laser source, 2P-SIM setup and scan head into LVBT's microscope system. JGU will validate the tool and apply it to brain imaging experiments |
