| Project Topic | We will develop, validate and deliver a range of in vitro human tumour models for drug testing using cells derived from in vivo patient derived xenograft (PDX) mouse tumours: First we will use a panel of 50 colon cancer PDX to replicate in vivo experiments in vitro, and quantify how well in vitro PDX can predict in vivo PDX outcome to treatment. Second, we will generate panels of different in vitro PDX and validate them with clinical compounds to meet the demands for future drug discovery. |
