| Project Topic | MoVieStA will yield a novel portable video traffic detection system. As a key innovation, the system will have new self-adjusting capabilities, that simplify installation and handling of the MoVieStA video sensor network. The system will be self-aware of information quality levels and operational parameters, e.g. actual mounting position or video signal quality, and will self-adjust most of the parameters necessary to get optimum number plate recognition and vehicle classification results. |
