| Project Topic | A validated dosimetry system for ionizing radiation used in industrial processes will be developed. The core object is a novel dosimetry material (radiation-sensitive ink and spray based on ceramic phosphors) which encodes the radiation dose in its optical properties. It allows labelling specific positions or spray coating 3D surfaces of a product prior to radiation exposure. Optical devices (a hand-held and a scanner system) for reading the radiation dose applied on the product will be built. |
