| Project Topic | The project aim is the development of a laser workstation for simultaneous large-area micropatterning including of a high-pulse-energy femtosecond laser and a beam formation equipment employing beam splitting and interference components for the highly parallel processing of planar substrates. As a result of the project, a prototype of the laser workstation consisting of a novel monolithic 20-mJ, 200-fs Yb:CaF2 laser and innovative equipment for large-area micropatterning will be delivered. |
