| Project Topic | We will develop novel solutions for analysis of bacteria on the single-cell level, offering unprecedented capabilities for users in both laboratory research and clinical departments. For this purpose we will interface an instrument for rapid cell isolation from complex microbial samples with two existing analytical methods: Single Bacteria MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry for rapid phenotypic classification and Single Bacteria genomics for detailed analysis on the genome and transcriptome level. |
