| Project Topic | Endovab has developed a new endovascular treatment method of complicated aortic aneurysms (Annex, pages 1-4). The new method allows use of standardised stentgrafts (aortic prothesis). The present method is traumatic open surgery or endovascular treatment with expensive custom-made stentgrafts. To enable the new method, a guidewire fixator is under construction. The fixator allows a shorter, safer and cheaper stepwise procedure. The new method saves lives. |
