Project: Dual Affinity Protein (DAP) technology for single-use affinity purification of antibodies

We are developing a single-use DAP technology platform that will significantly change the cost structure and radically improve the efficiency of downstream processing of proteins such as antibodies made by the biopharmaceutical industry. A value generating step towards this platform is a “DAP Technology Kit Package” including (i) a “Dual Affinity Protein” (DAP) molecule, (ii) a generic solid capture support and (iii) a user manual addressing the “ small scale purification” business segment.
