Project: Improved diagnosis of lyme disease patients through identification of Borrelia-specific T-cells

The LYMEDIADEX project is an innovative approach to develop a diagnostic kit based on clinical research of Lyme disease patients combined with a new technology to identify disease-specific T cells. Project aims: • Evaluate Borrelia-specific T cells in Patients with Borrelia infections • Develop a diagnostic assay for ongoing Borrelia infection based on detection of Borrelia-specific T cells using MHC Dextramers • Clinical validation of the assay
