Create the most operationally relevant mobile radiation search, detection, and triage product in order to: - increase EU border security - enhance preventative capabilities to radiation terror events within the common border area - provide post event resilience Use disruptive EU technologies that have been successful in the US Homeland Security Market (Symetrica) and the International Safeguards Arena (AEMI) to create a mobile system that detects and quantifies fissile materials.
