Project: Optimisation of Rubber Extrusion Systems Used in Tyre Bead Making by Mathematical Modelling

The project is aimed at the analysis of processes of rubber extrusion in the tyre production, namely in the production of tyre beads. The objective of the analysis will be devices used in extrusion rubberising of bead wire in bead winding. The analysis of the said processes will be followed by the studies of material characteristics of rubber blends used in the bead making and subsequently by the optimisation of extrusion devices, mainly extrusion heads and by verification of physical models.
