Project: Pilot line production of nanocomposite based Thermal Interface Material for electronic applications

Our aim is to make a new type of thermal interface material (TIM), developed in the FP7 program “Nanopack” and called Nano-TIM, available to the ICT industry. Nano-TIM has been demonstrated to have excellent performance and could be a part of the solution for many of the heat dissipation issues that are limiting the development in several sectors of the ICT industry. In this project we will develop a pilot line for volume production of the Nano-TIM to launch this new product onto the market.
