Project: Speed Saves Lives: A Revolution in Cardiac Diagnostics with Real-Time MRI Beating Heart Analysis
heaRT-4-EU will revolutionise cardiovascular diagnostics by providing innovative solutions for dynamic assessment of heart function. The consortium will develop 1) MRI hardware (RF coils; Heart Phantom) to improve image quality; 2) image processing algorithms; 3) quantitative Beating Heart Analysis Software; 4) clinical imaging workflow strategies. These high-tech solutions based on Real Time Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (RT-CMRI) will result in multiple products with great clinical value.
