Project: The Single Heat, Power and Air-Con Unit

The consortium’s aim with this project is to development a reversible heat pump capable of creating heat, power and air-conditioning in a single unit. Using organic Rankine cycle technology it will be able to utilize a low temperature heat source such as solar absorbers making it a very capable renewable energy unit. At the end of the project the consortium will deliver a finished and tested prototype ready for mass production for the European market.
