Project: A Novel multijunction capillary isoelectric focusing fractionator for proteomics
The main goal is to create a novel analytical separation device that will be highly valuable in any proteomics laboratory. We will deliver an automatic, easy to use, and high resolution method based on isoelectric point (pI) for separation of peptides or proteins in complex mixtures like human blood plasma. We will use an integrated microfluidic cartridge to achieve a fully automated protocol for protein fractionation for deep proteomics.
