Project: Accelerating Drug Design by Automated NMR

We will significantly speed up the process of structure based drug discovery (SBDD) using NMR. The rate-limiting step is the assignment of the resonances (peaks) in NMR spectra of proteins. We want to fully automate this process using all available information. We will deliver fully tested and optimized software capable of using a priori knowledge of a 3D protein structure and as small a number of NMR experiments as possible to determine the structure of a small molecule-target complex to SBDD.
