Project: Integrated monolithic GaN laser bars for industrial applications
GaN is an emerging technology with the potential to disrupt & displace existing technology solutions and create new business opportunites. TopGaN is an European centre of excellence in GaN technology with core expertise in GaN substrate and epitaxy growth (USP). The aim of GaNBar is to take advantage of the TopGaN GaN capability to deliver next generation GaN laser bar technology (in an integrated package) suitable for system applications in a wide range of industries.
