Project: Multibeam Laser Micro Drilling and Cutting
The project aim is the development of system and process technology which combines high quality laser drilling in the micrometer range and high throughput with drilling rates up to 50 holes/sec. The system includes a high power ultrafast laser, a processing head which splits the laser beam into multiple partial beams for parallel helical processing and a machine prototype with innovative handling devices.
