Project: Optimization of long-haul-bus-terminals through a terminal slot management and information system
We will create the prototype for a marketable IT-system that consists of three main components and the necessary interfaces to existing systems. The main objective is to allocate existing long-haul-bus-terminal-holding- and parking berths in a highly efficient way in order to improve capacities as well as the active control of these capacities. It will ensure a seamless information flow between bus operators, terminal operators and passengers as well as a better connection to public transport.
