Project: CMOS Fab-compatible Graphene

We want to introduce the Graphene electronics technology into real semiconductor fabs. The whole value chain is involved in the project: equipment manufacturers, graphene wafer producers and device manufacturers. The aim of this project is to demonstrate the quality standards needed to introduce this emerging technology into the real semiconductor manufacturing industry (CMOS fabs).
