Project: Condition monitoring system for flow regulation valve

The idea is to develop a condition monitoring system for a flow regulation valve (choke valve). The system will measure vibrations, wear/material loss and vertical orientation directly on the flow restricting component. The scope of supply to the market will be an instrumented choke valve with continuous on-line information on valve condition, flow frequency spectrum, structure orientation and potential sand grain related internal wear, measured through frequency analysis.
