Project: NEW SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING VULCANIZED FOOTWEAR USING NEW ACCELERATING PARTICLES

Develop a new system for manufacturing vulcanized footwear to double the productivity of the company. Capacity will increase to 1.25 from 0.625 pairs/min and for that reason the same resources as those used currently will be employed. The new formulations of rubber will contain new accelerated particles that will increase their reactivity, so with identical temperatures and working conditions used at present, it will be possible to reduce the time required to complete the vulcanization process.
