| Project Topic | VICTORIOUS (VIral Cloning TOols for RespIratOry synctial virUS) will deliver virology tools for human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) research. Specifically, the toolbox will consist of pioneering reverse genetics systems for wild-type HRSV A and B strains, in vitro phenotypic assays and in vivo models that allow resistance investigations in clinical studies. These tools are essential to accelerate the development of antiviral drugs and prophylactic vaccines against HRSV. |
