| Project Topic | The consortium will develop an innovative in vitro blood test to detect immunosuppression in sepsis patients. The test will be based on a promising set of epigenetic modification markers in immunologically relevant genes. In this project, these biomarkers will be developed into an IVD test that will be analytically and technically validated, and tested in a first clinical validation study. Directly after this project, the consortium will perform larger scale validation studies. |
