| Project Topic | BEYOND aims to boost MRI resolution (3-5 fold) and reduce MRI scan times (2-3 fold) by applying a modular plug ’n play system to current used MRI. By combining high density receiver arrays with an additional ultrafast gradient coil, this novel system enables MR to enter a new realm of information at improved speed for use in early diagnosis, disease monitoring and treatment evaluation thereby overcoming current MRI limitations; poor resolution due to noise and nerve stimulation. |
