| Project Topic | The FluidFM is the only commercial atomic force microscope offering microfluidics as add-on. We want to determine a microfabrication process delivering a complete batch production of FluidFM probes with a cylindrical tip and with a syringe-like aperture. Their functionality will be demonstrated with unprecedented patch clamp as well as transfection/sampling experiments on adult cardiomyocytes, to be transposed to all primary cells. |
