| Project Topic | We will develop and validate a unique cloud-based platform for holistic remote monitoring of patients with diabetes. For doing that we will integrate Telemedicine Wound (a highly specialised wound care platform) and a number of specialised devices in the OpenTeleHealth platform for remote patient monitoring. This project will enable the first remote monitoring platform unifying specialised care in diabetes, providing a powerful tool for increasing effectiveness, and improving care provision. |
