| Project Topic | This project will deliver BrainSave, a unique non-invasive medical cooling device that prevents shivering which currently offsets the neuroprotective effects of standard devices. The device will make use of a novel approach that combines simultaneous cooling and heating of specific body parts to prevent cold-induced shivering. The consortium will design, develop and validate the novel anti-shivering technology and the BrainSave device. |
