Project Topic	The consortium will develop a novel technology based on Artificial Intelligence, called XTRACT. XTRACT will be capable of EXTRACTING KNOWLEDGE FROM UNSTRUCTURED TEXT AUTOMATICALLY. This technology will be used to deliver two new products: ASSIST, that automates problem solving in customer support, and CONSTRUCT, that automates the writing process of marketing materials.
