| Project Topic | Our goal is the development of a personalized medicine diagnostic product for the stratification of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT). These patients are at risk to develop severe Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD) while Graft-versus-Leukemia (GvL) effects are desired. We will deliver an HLA peptidome biomarker predicting outcome after alloHSCT, a clinically relevant setting for which no commercial test is available. |
