| Project Topic | ENCEPHALON aims to (1) advance the preclinical development of QRX-704, an innovative treatment for Huntington’s disease (HD), and (2) characterize the clinically relevant, non-toxic alternative Huntingtin protein isoform which is formed following treatment with QRX-704 using a multidisciplinary approach consisting of state-of-the-art methods. The results will provide in vitro and in vivo Proof of Concept, PK/PD and tolerability data to support further (pre)clinical development of QRX-704. |
