Project Topic	The goal of DEEPCURE project is the development of a novel 3D product derived from the newly available industrial by-product, Egg Shell Membrane (ESM). The purified form of ESM called PEP (Purified Eggshell Protein) is to be used for treatment of severe deep wounds and burns. We propose to develop this new product based on our patented 3D product prototype and the knowledge obtained from the development of the predecessor 2D product, DermaRep, a dissolvable PEP-based film.
