Project: CETFlow: A Novel Cryogenic Electron Tomography WorkFlow for Analysis of Biomedical Specimens.
Acronym | CETFlow (Reference Number: 13008) |
Duration | 01/05/2019 - 01/11/2021 |
Project Topic | We will (1) develop a new platform which enables cryogenic correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM) simultaneously in one stage (hereafter; CETFlow SECOM Stage), commonly used in lab environments for structural biology with tomography techniques and (2) validate it in a realistic workflow. We will deliver a prototype CETFlow SECOM Stage which vastly improves the CLEM workflow, comprised of a micro cryogenic cooler, a high-vacuum transfer, cryo-storage and an interface for the new stage. |
