Project: Next Generation In Situ Sequencing (NGISS)
Acronym | NGISS (Reference Number: 12955) |
Duration | 01/04/2019 - 03/04/2022 |
Project Topic | In Situ Sequencing (ISS) is an advanced tissue sample analysis technique that can help researchers understand a range of human diseases. Despite a strong interest in using ISS, the method has been associated with a variety of technical limitations. Therefore, we will develop the Next Generation of ISS (NGISS) and deliver a complete hard-, soft- and "wetware" integrated NGISS package that will improve and strongly simplify its use in research labs, core facilities, and pharma companies globally. |
