Project Topic	The project partners in conjunction want to research and develop high impact taste ingredients (culinary ingredients) from side streams of vegetable and meat processing. The French partner will develop a process to upgrade these side streams in such a way that they remain fit for human consumption, digestible and suitable for further processing. The Dutch partner will develop technology to upgrade these vegetable – and animal by-products in to high-end taste ingredients.
