| Project Topic | We want to set a new global industrial standard for lowest noise figure in semiconductor electronics. The key innovation is a unique transistor technology optimized for lowest noise operation at cryogenic temperatures 3 - 20 K. The consortium will for the first time develop an industrial value chain for cryogenic low-noise amplifier products. We will deliver 17 different types of amplifier modules from 0.2 to 115 GHz with fifty times higher production capability than today on the market. |
