| Project Topic | The project will deliver an In-Process Inspection System to provide a solution to the one of the most important problems that currently limit productivity in grinding operations: The grinding burn generation. The NORRIS solution will include three interconnected elements: New Eddy Current Array technology, inspection head to be integrated in the grinding machine and solution-based model for process optimization. A prototype will be manufactured for system validation in a relevant environment. |
