Project Topic	A calibration device for super-resolution microscopies with a software tool for data analysis that together permit, for a non-professional user as for the expert, to calibrate fluorescence in terms of axial molecular distance. This is a key requirement for quantitative surface imaging, spectroscopy and sensing. We will deliver a nanofabricated test slide that features a controlled sandwich of thin layers of different fluorescent emitters, each separated by thin non-fluorescent spacer layers.
