| Project Topic | We enable advanced engineering of high-efficiency photocatalytic coating technologies by developing and building a new multi-parameter calibration reference standard for Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM) and Kelvin Probe Microscopes (KPMs). The reference standard establishes traceability for dimensional, mechanical and electrical properties at the nanometer scale. Achieving a 10x lower measurement uncertainty, it improves the development, production and quality assurance of new nanoparticles. |
